Client
Todd Norian, founder of Ashaya Yoga. Todd teaches live classes regularly, and each one holds real teaching content: stories, quotes, and moments worth using beyond the class itself.
Challenge
Turning a class recording into usable marketing material was manual and inconsistent. Someone had to sit through the full recording, guess at which moments were worth pulling, and hand an editor a rough note instead of an actual timestamp. Nothing was checked for quality before it got used, so the material going into his content library was uneven.
Approach
- Each class transcript runs through a brand voice profile built specifically for Todd, not a generic content template.
- Non-movement teaching segments (the parts worth using outside the class) get identified and timestamped automatically, producing an editor brief with exact in and out points, so his editor doesn't have to re-watch the full recording to find them.
- Extracted quotes and stories pass a quality gate before they enter his canonical quote file and story bank, so the library only grows with material that's actually worth using.
- Finished briefs post directly to his team's Slack channel, tagged to his editor, so nothing sits waiting in a folder for someone to remember to check it.
Result
A repeatable pipeline replaced one-off editing. Every class Todd records now produces a real editor brief with exact timestamps, ready for his team to work from the same day, instead of a recording that sits until someone has time to comb through it by hand.

The automations behind it
| Automation | Cadence | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Brand voice transcript analysis | Per class | Runs each transcript through Todd's own voice profile rather than a generic pass. |
| Editor brief generation | Per class | Timestamps non-movement teaching segments so the editor can go straight to the moment, not the full recording. |
| Quote and story quality gate | Per extraction | Screens material before it enters the canonical quote file and story bank. |
| Team notification | Per class | Posts the finished brief to Slack, tagged to the editor, the same day the class is processed. |
