The Autoimmune Recovery Method: from zero to a live, enrolling course

Verified live on autoimmunerecoverymethod.com, August 12, 2026

Client

Great Energy's Autoimmune Recovery Method (ARM): a coaching and course business built by Daniela Hess and Christopher Grant. Daniela teaches the health content; Christopher built and runs the technology underneath it, the same kind of work Swift Consulting now offers to other coaches and course creators.

Challenge

A health-education business built entirely on original content: hundreds of recipes, dozens of articles, a condition-by-condition glossary, all needing research grounding, not a swipe file. On top of that, a real sales funnel (lead magnets, email automation, a live six-week course), real ad spend across multiple platforms, and a technical foundation (SEO, schema, indexing) that had to actually work. Building and maintaining all of that by hand does not scale for a two-person team.

A six-week live course (ARM Foundations) with a real cohort structure, next cohort starting August 16, 2026. July revenue reconciliation: 10 course purchases, roughly $2,470 in revenue, against $1,521.13 in ad spend that month, a real number the ad platform's own dashboard was under-reporting until the reconciliation caught it. Real testimonials are already live on the site, including one from a functional-medicine physician.
